about heritage memoirs
I'm Jennifer Campbell. Through my company, Heritage
Memoirs, I've been helping people tell their life stories and
family histories since 2002. I have more than 30 years experience
as an editor, writer and interviewer.
I'm a member of the Association of Personal Historians (APH)
and have served on the Board of Directors and as the Newsletter
Editor, Toolkit Editor and Eastern Canada Regional Chair. At the
APH conference in Las Vegas in October, 2011, I was the first
ever recipient of the award for Outstanding Achievement in the
Field of Personal History, which recognized my authorship of the
book Start & Run a Personal History Business, promotion of the
field, and the business success of Heritage Memoirs.
Heritage Memoirs has been featured in the Toronto Star, the Wall Street Journal, CNN Money, the Uxbridge Cosmos, Uxbridge
Times-Journal, Elle.com, Business Edge, the Clan Campbell
Society Journal, Gannett newspapers (publishers of USA Today) and
the U.S. edition of MORE magazine. In February 2012, Heritage Memoirs was profiled in the Canadian edition of MORE magazine as well as Kiplinger's Retirement Report.
